Valerie 'Maria' Keenan - Trusted Divorce Specialist

I'm Valerie 'Maria' Keenan, a trusted divorce specialist, certified life coach, intuitive Light Connections Therapist, and energy healer. With over a decade of experience, I provide emotional support and guidance during and after your divorce.

 

If you feel overwhelmed, lost, or unsure about what steps to take next, I am here to help. Divorce can be a deeply emotional and stressful experience. I will provide the guidance, tools, and emotional support you need to survive and THRIVE during and after your divorce.

 

Through our collaborative efforts, you will develop skills to remove blockages and reprogram your limited beliefs and negative thought patterns while discovering your innate ability to connect with your inner wisdom to unearth and reveal your most authentic self. 

 

My holistic coaching style incorporates every aspect of who you are: mind, body, and soul. My coaching sessions have given clients the courage to accept and embrace their own Divine uniqueness, the clarity to discover their true purpose, and the enthusiasm to pursue their life's passions.

My Story

My transformative journey, not unlike yours, consisted of a path lined with self-doubt, lack of confidence in my decision-making abilities, anxiety, moments of depression/despair, social isolation, turmoil, uncertainty, life-altering decisions, moments of self-discovery, newfound courage, and ultimately joy. 

 

While entangled in what appears to be an unsurmountable life experience, we fail to clearly see our way out, thinking we haven't the strength to survive. Well, I am here to tell you… you not only have the power and strength to survive but THRIVE from your experiences! 

 

My intention as your Coach is to share and empower you with the wisdom I learned while navigating some of my life's most challenging moments. There was no 'map' to assist me through the stormy waters. Through some of the most excruciating periods of my life, as clueless as I was of my next decision, I was able to discover my own inner courage and strength to persevere, and so can you! 

 

As my new life unfolded, I began to discover my authentic self. Once I realized I had absolutely no control over my life, I was forced to learn and accept how to "believe, have faith, trust, and let go!" Sure, I could harbor bitterness, resentment, and anger because of my life experiences. However, I chose to "thank" the Universe for these enormous life lessons and the second chance bestowed upon me. It is because of my experiences I can share and empower you! 

 

I am here as a testament to show you through life's worst storms. You can emerge stronger and greater than before! Through deep soul searching, trust, honesty, openness, and perseverance, I discovered my inner wisdom... and so can you!

 

It would be my honor to help you navigate this difficult time so that you can emerge stronger and happier.
